One of the best dining experiences I've had and I've been to almost all 50 states. Nobody does it better than Louisiana and Charley G's is exceptional. Connor at the bar makes it look too easy. Thank you to all the staff and our server Josh especially.

Without a doubt the best fine dining in Lafayette. We went to celebrate our 18th anniversary. Every member of the staff wished us a happy anniversary and signed a card to us. Such a fine touch. Started with the pork belly wraps, followed by ceasars salad,. I had the rib eye (cooked absolutely perfectly and my wife had the crab cakes. Both dishes were outstanding. I highly recommend the corn and tasso maque choux and especially the garlic creamed spinach. Enough cannot be said about how good our server was throughout the night. The entire staff really. Charley G's took our special night to the next level. Thank you so very much.

This is the place to go for a special occasion! Dimly lit, candle on the table, real cloth napkins. I strongly recommend getting reservations over the phone, we started our evening at 6:30 (they open at 5pm). We were a 6 top, and the service from Amanda & Lily was top-notch. There was a piano player/ singer who entertained the restaurant most of the evening. We enjoyed all four courses offered - appetizers of escargot, then our duck gumbo & wedge & house salads. Then we all got different entrees: the catch of the day - black drum w/ lump crab, Sea bass, 8 Oz filet, grilled shrimp, lamb & 6 Oz filet w/ crab cake. Side dishes we choose were corn grits, risotto, corn w/ tasso, & asparagus. Ended the night with coffee & dessert- peaches cheesecake, berry & lavender creme brulee, & brownie cup. We absolutely enjoyed our evening.

Great place. Super consistent with great service. Everything we had was great. Flavor was consistent and we couldn't have enough been happier. Highly recomend.

My husband and I visited for the first time for our 5 year wedding anniversary and what an experience this was! Our waiters were fantastic and everything was so thoughtful. First off, they decorated our table with heart confetti and had a happy anniversary card on the table that had been signed by the entire wait staff. Secondly, my husband and I skipped ordering an appetizer but our waiter brought a complimentary sampling of two of their most ordered appetizers (mini crab cakes and the pork belly lettuce wraps) so we would know what to order next time. So so good! For entrees we ordered a ribeye and an 8oz filet that were cooked perfectly and we received a complimentary dessert to celebrate! Again, so yummy! The live piano music and ambient lighting were such a nice touches. We will definitely be back again for future special occasions!

Valentine dinner at the bar due to being busy. Great bartender service. Drinks-4 Chocolate martin was ok, old fashion was weak, and it was missing something. Music was nice. Food 4 -crab cakes mushy, salad good 8 oz steak was a 5 Nice ambiance best for date night

Our waiter was attentive & exceptional (thin male, can’t remember his name). Steak & lobster, turtle soup, crab cakes all perfect & divine. The atmosphere was incredible. And the Pinot noir was so delicious, we couldn’t stop talking about it. Red velvet cheesecake was out of this world. For a special occasion, this is the place.

It’s a treat night for us. The atmosphere, service, and food are always over the top. I love the lighting and dark woods in the dining room and bar. Chet on the piano last night was excellent.
